As an additional measure to protect our customers, 707-inc may request for photocopies of your credit card (back and front) and a Credit Card Authorization Payment Form to exclude the possibility that the card is being used by a third party, even after payment has been made. Tickets Collection and procedure

Kindly present your Redemption Voucher at Jurong Bird Park Ticketing Counter in exchange for your admission ticket.

All bookings are strictly non-transferable / non-refundable / non-changeable.

Lead travelling party holding the confirmation voucher must present a valid photo ID/Passport for this exchange.

There will be no refund for unused admission voucher, Bus transfer or any other added benefits either in part or full.
