Gardens by the Bay is an independent organisation responsible for developing and managing one of Asia’s foremost garden destinations, the Gardens by the Bay.

 

The Gardens is led by a multidisciplinary team of professionals who have been involved in the greening of Singapore and had worked alongside international and local experts to develop the Gardens. It has an in-house team of skilled landscape designers, horticulturists, arborists, engineers, plant health, garden and turf management experts, as well as plant research and orchid breeding professionals, who leverage on the extensive global network of plant sources cultivated during the development days, to continuously curate and grow the Gardens.

 

Guided by its vision to be a world of gardens for all to own, enjoy and cherish, Gardens by the Bay has earned numerous awards and accolades including the World Building of the Year in 2012, the President’s Design Award (Singapore) in 2013, the Outstanding Achievement Award by the Themed Entertainment Association in 2014, the Largest Glass Greenhouse (Flower Dome) in the Guinness World Records for 2015, and the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence in 2016. These achievements are testament to the ongoing excellence of the Gardens and spur the team towards attaining greater success.

Terms & Conditions

  • Customer name entered in the booking form to follow passport.

  • For entry visa and transit visa, passports should have a minimum of 6 months validity after completing the journey.

  • It is the customer responsibility to obtain all Entry Visa or Transit Visa.

  • It is customer responsibility to check carefully for any errors made in the booking details, flight itineraries and travel vouchers immediately upon getting them.

  • Please pay attention to the billing currency indicated on the package. Billing currency would be the currency in which you will be billed in.

  • Prices are subject to surcharges during Peak season and Holiday season.

  • 707-inc staff provides advisory information but do not undertake any responsibility whatsoever for any changes of information.

  • Prices and ticketing conditions are subject to change without prior notice before issuance of travel voucher.

  • Prices are not guaranteed until travel vouchers are issued and full payment has been received.

  • 707-inc reserves the right to cancel any bookings

  • Any cancellation /amendment will be subject to charges. Please refer to 707-inc Cancellation/Amendment Policy.

  • All packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

  • Any amendment after travel vouchers have been issued will be considered as a cancellation of the existing booking. Cancellation charges will be applied accordingly. Please refer to 707-inc Cancellation/Amendment Policy..

  • Email address must be correctly furnished. As a customer, you agree to accept email as a means of communication and delivery of Travel vouchers and confirmation of your booking. In doing so, you agree not to hold 707-inc liable for any non-receipt of travel voucher or email confirmation.

  • As an additional measure to protect our customers, 707-inc may request for photocopies of your credit card (back and front) and a Credit Card Authorization Payment Form to exclude the possibility that the card is being used by a third party, even after payment has been made. As a customer, you agree to cooperate and provide the necessary documents to 707-inc if such a need arises.

  • Tickets are not to be used for touting purpose.

  • Tickets are sold for foreign and inbound visitors to the park.

Tickets Collection and procedure

  • **Gardens by the Bay Admission E-Ticket 

  • All bookings are strictly non-transferable / non-refundable / non-changeable.

  • Please present the original redemption voucher at Gardens by the Bay Ticketing Sales Counter to exchange for your admission ticket(s). Redemption point will be at the Travel Agent Counter located at the extreme right of the Main Ticketing Booth.

  • Operating hours for ticket redemption is from 9:00am to 6:00pm daily. Operating hours may change without prior notice or liability.

  • Lead travelling party holding the confirmation voucher must present a valid photo ID/Passport for this exchange.

  • There will be no refund for unused admission ticket, bus transfer or any other added benefits either in part or full.

  • All printed tickets are non-transferable

  • Loss of ticket will be solely under the full responsibility of the passenger.

  • Admission ticket will only be valid on the redemption day.
