Step 1: Gather at the correct designated point in Singapore. Ensure that you have the correct passport with a validity of at least six months. Make sure to obtain the necessary visas and passes in advance. It is advisable to seek any required information from the relevant authorities before departure. Once you have your bus number, proceed to board the bus. Kindly raise your seat when the bus stops to enhance the comfort of passengers seated behind you. The estimated travel time to Singapore Immigration is between 20 to 40 minutes depending on traffic conditions. It is your responsibility to carry all valid and required travel documents, including passports, visas, health declarations, or identification, for the journey. We strongly recommend seeking guidance from the appropriate authorities regarding any queries about dutiable, controlled, or prohibited d goods. Prohibited items include intoxicating liquors, tobacco and chewing gum, illegal copyright products, poultry, weapons or blasting products, controlled drugs, cigarette or lighters shaped like weapons, and endangered species of wildlife and their by-products. If you are denied entry or exit at the immigration checkpoint of the country you are traveling to, we will not be held responsible for any incidental loss, costs, or fees incurred by you as a result. We reserve the right to continue the journey. In case of any delay exceeding 45 minutes at the immigration checkpoint, such as applying for a visa on arrival or being denied entry, passengers must make their own arrangements to reach their destinations.

 

Step 2: Singapore Immigration, Photography is prohibited. Kindly raise your seat when the bus stops to ensure the comfort of passengers seated behind you. Remember to carry only your passport and other necessary travel documents for clearance, while leaving your luggage on the bus. It is important to emphasize that your luggage should remain on the bus. The Maximum Waiting Time at Immigration is 45 minutes. The estimated travel time to Malaysia Immigration is approximately 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic and immigration conditions.

 

Step 3: Malaysia Immigration. Bring all your Luggage and Personal Items for Clearance, and Ensure that Nothing is Left Behind on the Bus. Malaysia Customs does not require filling up Embarkation Card, as Thumbprint System. The Maximum Waiting Time at Immigration is 45 minutes. In case of any delay exceeding 45 minutes at the immigration checkpoint (such as applying for a visa on arrival or being denied entry), passengers must make their own arrangements to reach their destinations.

 

Step 4, Certain coaches provide complimentary WIFI and USB ports on selected coaches only, we are presently enhancing our fleet of coaches. The WIFI service is limited to usage within Malaysia. To obtain WIFI passwords and access charging ports, kindly seek assistance from the captain politely, when his hand is not on wheel. 

 

Step 5: Along the journey, there will be a 10-minute break for restroom use, happening once or twice along the entire route. For long-distance trips, there is a mandatory 30-minute break for rest and relaxation. Passengers must exit the vehicle for security reasons, and the driver will lock the door afterward. This regulation does not apply to the Malacca route (Non-Stop). If you have an urgent need to use the restroom, please inform the driver to stop at the nearest rest area. Kindly inform the coach captain about your intended destination. Remember to take all your belongings with you, as the company will not be held responsible for any lost items. Additionally, please assist the coach captain by disposing of all trash in the assigned bins.
