JOB DESCRIPTION FOR TOUR ASSISTANT (TRAINEE)

• You Are Required To Perform General Clerical Duties & Counter Work to Gain Experience,

• Learn To Offer Front-Line Sales & Assist The Tour Executive,

• Handle The Counter Sales & Phone Enquires, Making Bookings and Collection of Payments,

• Confirm Hotel Reservations, Air-ticket Reservations, Contact Overseas Tour Operator To Book & Confirm Tours, Meals Arrangements & Transportation Arrangements.

• Issuing Of Vouchers & Tickets Before Passengers Departure

• Check Passengers' Passports and Visas Ensure Validity,

• Liaise With Passengers On Visa Requirements, Tour Briefings & Other Pre-Tour Matters,

• Good Knowledge Of Foreign Customs & Cultures & Immigration & Custom Procedures

• Contacting Embassies, Hotels, Transport Vendors & Others In Travel Industries

UPON CONFIRMATION SALARY RANGE BETWEEN (S$1500-S$1900) DEPENDS ON YOUR POSITIONS & PERFORMANCE IN WORK

To Commensurate With Qualifications & Experience.
